This charming villa is located in Fayence, nestled in a natural and green environment, on a large property with olive trees. Surrounded by Provençal scents, you are only 40 minutes away from the magnificent Mediterranean beaches.

At the back, there is a discreet apartment occupied by the owner's daughter. The pool house has a summer kitchen and a gas barbecue where you can enjoy delicious meals before playing a game of pétanque on the designated field (balls provided). The youngest can play in the playhouse and on the slide. The interior of the villa inviting and comfortable, decorated in a contemporary style and tasteful.



Fayence is part of 9 charming mountain villages, just 30 minutes from Saint-Raphaël, at the foot of the Alpes de Haute Provence. Discover the typical charm of these Var villages with their fountains and small streets where you can stroll peacefully. Beautiful walks await you on a 250 km long marked trail. The activities are numerous: buggy, canoeing, horseback riding, paddling, paragliding, cycling and mountain biking between mountains, hills, lake and plains. Meet at Lac de Saint Cassien, a few minutes drive away, where many water sports activities and pretty hiking trails await you. Golfers will enjoy the beautiful Terre Blanche course, which also features a spa and wellness center.
