"A wonderful tucked away cottage. It has a lovely little garden where my daughter was able to work with the sound of birds to keep her company. "We spent a week at Penn Court Estate, it was the perfect get away for our family holiday this year. The cottages are lovely and well equipped, comfy beds, good living spaces and plenty of bathrooms. "The Stables was such a great place to stay while visiting Tunbridge Wells. It was so clean and the beds were comfortable. It is such a beautiful place, and the location is perfect! You can easily walk anywhere in Tunbridge Wells, or walk a few minutes away to the train station for day trips. I would highly recommend it!"

It would be a big plus too have a couple more hooks and shelves in the bathroom to be able to place things. Another chair in the main living area would be helpful. Plan to bring everything with you. "What a fantastic stay. We chose this property as we needed to vacate our home whilst work was being done, but it ended up so much more than just a place to lay our heads. The location, near the main road was ideal, but actually very quiet, as it was set down a hill. Pauline, the owner, couldn't have been more accomodating, finding extra parking for us and sorting out things very quickly. The location was brilliant, especially for our 2 dogs who loved the peaceful walks in the near vacinity"

"Super cute, historic cottage, close to some fantastic sightseeing. Unfortunately, it was freezing cold when we arrived. Even after the owner popped by the following morning and got the radiators going, it was still so very cold. My friend slept in her coat one night.
