A lovely holiday chalet

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in the chalet. The property was equipped with everything we could need and is located in a quiet residential area just a short drive from lake Annecy and also perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. We would definitely return for another stay.

Arrivée à l'adresse indiquée, accueillis par Sébastien, qui intermédiaire avec les propriétaire, un homme très agréable et précieux !Le wifi est libre, avec le code indiqué sur la box.Pas d'autres instructions que celles données oralement par Sébastien : nous avons fait au mieux quand certaines questions se posaient, et si besoin, un petit coup de fil réglait le problème.L'endroit est parfait quand on cherche le sud du lac : c'est un peu loin d'Annecy, surtout en été avec la circulation délirante. Mais c'est idéalement situé, près de Faverges et de tous les commerces, proche du lac sans être dans la cohue qui y est lié, j'achèterais sans doute là si l'occasion s'en présentait.

super séjour

Tout est bien équipé, cadre au alentour merveilleux Vélo, randonné pédestre tour du lac d'Annecy, randonnée à pied, le col de la Forclaz magnifique et parapente à la Forclaz à faire inoubliable

Beau potentiel mais à améliorer

Contact avec les propriétaires agréable. Procédure d'arrivée et de départ facile avec la personne sur place, qui a d'ailleurs été très réactive lorsqu'on nous avons eu un problème de serrure et que nous étions coincés dehors. Propreté du logement à améliorer. Aucune penderie pour suspendre les vêtements, juste des commodes à tiroirs. Pompe à chaleur de la piscine en panne, nous n'avons donc pas su profiter pleinement de la piscine vu les températures certains jours de notre séjour. Et d'après le jardinier, elle était en panne depuis un certain temps mais nous n'avons pas été prévenu. Il faudrait indiquer dans l'annonce qu'un chat est présent car cela peut déranger certaines personnes : beaucoup de poils sur les coussins intérieurs et extérieurs, chat qui veut rentrer dans la maison, et qui essaie de sauter sur la table ou sur la plancha aux repas. Problème également pour les personnes allergiques aux poils de chats. On est plus dans un Airbnb que dans un logement de vacances, on se sent chez les propriétaires. Mais le logement était suffisant pour 6 personnes, il a un beau potentiel, il suffirait d'améliorer certaines choses.

Tolles Ferienhaus in einer schönen ländlichen Gegend

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Besonders angenehm war der Pool direkt auf der Terasse.

A wonderful stay

It’s our second time of renting this chalet. The location suits us perfectly to enjoy stunning Lake Annecy and the beautiful Haute Savoie area. The chalet managers went above and beyond to assist us in our stay. We’d happily return!

Chalet très accueillant, fonctionnel. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 petits enfants (5 et 2 ans), nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Au calme, terrasse et jardin très appréciable !

Very comfortable

Very comfortable and very well equipped property in a quiet neighbourhood about 4km away from south end of Lake Annecy and about 25km away from Annecy town. Lovely views of the mountains and easy access to the paragliding launch site. Host/manager was very helpful. There is a joinery very close to the chalet but it didn't disturb us at all, also be aware there is a resident cat.
