"We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny medieval town of Sarrazac and La Bonne Famille lived up to their name with their charming hotel and restaurant. For 5 generations they have been running their business and it shows in the level of professionalism and commitment to service. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom had a large shower. "The buiilding itself has its charm. And it's well located. However the service was very mediocre. When we arrived apparentlly there was a flood in the rooms so we had to take a very small and dark room on the second floor also with a leak in the bathroom and a minute wardrobe. The next day we were changed to the room for which we had paid. No reduction whtasover in anything. Not even complimemtary coffee. The patron is not very accomodating or friendly to say the least. .very disappointing...
