"Very nice room with toilet and small refrigerator. Very quite location. In north Ciutad Vella, very close to Cathedral and bus to Oceanografic and Turia gardens. Cleaning and towel change are not carried out during the stay but shared washing machine and dryer are available. Shared living room and kitchen available."

"Was a little difficult to find because there was no sign or reception. It was like a B&B so I had to call them when I was outside so someone came and open and gave me the keys. Rooms are simple. Comfy bed but walls are superthin so you hear everyone talking or watching tv. Also from street outside you hear everything. But was ok for a couple nights. Good location near catedral and just across the street from the big central mercat. "

"Do not stay here. For one, it’s not even a hotel. I booked a hotel room via hotels (dot) com and when I arrived there was no-one there to check me in. I called the number on the booking and no one answered ( it rang out 3 times in a row). I was about to call the hotels (dot) com website when I got a phone call back and they said the person has gone home, they can not help me and hung up the phone!.... it was only 9pm! "Situated very centrally and really well-connected to airport (39 mins) The place is a bit rough around the edges but it does have charm. It appears to be undergoing renovation so this can only improve. The only real problems I had were that the staff are not there all the time, which meant I had to carry my bag around all day after check out before my evening flight ; and the shared toilet and shower are in the same room which means that if you need the toilet and somebody is in the shower then...
