"This was an amazing property with great customer service BUT when we arrived at our room, it seemed someone had already been there. There was food left in the room and wet carpet by the bathroom. Also the hand soap and shampoo had one a little bit which was inconvenient once I took my kids inside the shower and it finished. I had to use my own shampoo. This was supposed to be a suite I paid for and it was not well serviced before we got there. The customer service people are very nice but don't...

"The rooms had an amazing view of the black sea, and it was pretty big. However, although they were non-smoking rooms, they had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The A/C was not activated yet and we had to leave the window open to cool down the room, and this allowed more cigarette smoke from outside smokers. The was only a half roll of toilet paper and one pillow per person. These items should come in twos. The desk person was fantastic and provided good tips for things to see in town. "
