Honestly, I’d go beyond calling them friendly—they were amazing! The hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable, and I truly appreciated the care and kindness shown throughout my visit. When I return to Istanbul, Emerald Mansion Hotel will undoubtedly be at the top of my list of accommodations. I highly recommend it!"

"The room with sea view was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with very helpful serving staff. The front desk staff were very helpful and when any problem is highlighted, they deal with it quickly. Of particular mention is ismail who was most helpful with sightseeing, restaurant and taxi arranging for our trip to the airport"
