"Our bed was broken out heads dipped down very uncomfortable sleep. Kept waking up all contorted trying to even ourselfs out. Husband woke up with a terrible back ache I just couldn’t stay alseep"

"Front desk lady was very rude waited 5 mins to be checked in didn't even apologize never would come back again "

"Had issue with adjoining room. Guest was loud, obnoxious, and stayed up til 2:30am, keeping us up. When I called the front desk to complain, the guest argued with the receptionist. Nothing was done and we weren’t moved. We didn’t sleep well that night, our only night there! "

"The Keystone area has a number of hotel options-we have stayed in most of them. Hampton is one of the best for the traveler who does not need a bar on the premises ."

"Excellent breakfast, spotless room, friendly staff and great shopping near by. My favorite place to stay! "

"The staff were nice enough but the state of the room was left to be desired. The floors were dirty (or at least unmopped); there was visible trash underneath the bed; the countertops and table also needed wiping down. You couldn’t watch tv as it had no signal. The temperature control on the shower was backwards. The laundry was $4 a machine and you had to download an app to pay for it. The final straw was when one of the toilet paper holders just fell off. I do NOT recommend this place!"

"The room was comfortable. Needs to be updated. The location near the hotel is under construction. So it is hard to get to the hotel. The breakfast was ok. Please note that hotel requires a separate $100 security and room deposit. It is close to a lot of restaurants."
