"This is an amazing house. Things important to us about the house :Extremely clean. Kitchen stocked great. We hosted guest and had everything we need. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Lots of open space in living area with comfortable seating. Parking space was great for four cars. "

"The property was great! Clean, bright and well kept, a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood! But close to groceries, coffee, food, etc. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals.Stephanie was very responsive. Check in and check out was a breeze. Although we didn't spend much time in the house, it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Everything was great! It was decorated really cute! We were a little concerned about the hot water as it took a good 3-4 minutes to turn warm but eventually did. The host had a beautiful Christmas tree decorated to make it feel like home! We were here for my daughter’s graduation from Arkansas. It was a good 30 minutes from campus so that was the only drawback. The train is directly behind the house but it only came during the day a couple of times, never at night. All in all, it was great!"
