"This continues to be a great little hotel since I first reviewed under original ownership maybe 15 years ago. Well situated to use bus network into oxford where cars a burden best left behind"

"Reception were excellent at solving a couple of issues. Firstly we'd incorrectly booked two twin rooms when we needed one of them to be accessible. Reception sorted this out over the phone and ensured we had an accessible room with an adjoining room which made life so much easier. On arrival we had some issues with the car charger, all resolved and compensation provided without us even needing to ask. We've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express before and the quality was excellent as before. Great rooms and a super breakfast. Very helpful staff. Thoroughly recommended."
