The hotel has been nicely renovated and the rooms while small, are well furnished and modern. The staff are all very nice. The area is safe and there are plenty of good places to eat and is very walkable and easy to get anywhere in London from. For the price, it’s a great deal. My usual place is just a few blocks away but was full. It has more by way of amenities (gym, pool, sauna) but would have been 800 dollars more had I stayed there. I would stay here again

We very much enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay here again. The hotel was in a quaint area of town very close to Kensington Garden, but it was still very convenient to get to public transportation which allowed us to get everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were somewhat small, but they were well-designed so nothing felt cramped and we had plenty of room to move around. Great hotel, very nice bar and restaurant in the hotel as well. The only thing I’d say is that it’s not ideal for tourists visiting London as it is far from everything and would require multiple trains to get there.

The hotel was amazing and well maintained and upgraded, we loved the hotel and we tried to extend our stay but unfortunately it was full, the staff at reception the first day was very nice and helpful and the process was smooth and easy, BUT the STAFF at the time of our departure was very rude and very awkward and aggressive and I’m still wondering why? There was no reason for that attitude towards us. but after all the Hotel is one of the greatest hotels in London and I’m definitely coming back...

Lots of food options nearby, quieter location. Felt safe during our stay, staff was very attentive and kind. Would stay again!

Facilities were very clean and helpful staff. The thermostat worked very well and the hotel was conveniently located to the Earl's Court Station.
