The Capitol Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was helpful and kind. Very professional."
"I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager of this Motel 6 for the first time, and it was truly a great experience. He treated me with kindness and respect, which set a positive tone for my entire stay. The staff here are equally exceptional—especially Santos, who is a dedicated and hardworking individual. He ensures that guests have everything they need in their rooms and consistently goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable.
The General Manager sets a great example by greeting all guests with warmth and professionalism. The rooms are clean, accommodating, and well-maintained—I’ve had no issues at all during my time here.
Special recognition also goes to Nilda at the front desk. She does an outstanding job managing multiple tasks while treating every guest with care and efficiency. Pedro, the supervisor, is another standout—he’s approachable, understanding, and consistently exceeds expectations in his role.
Overall, my experience at this Motel 6 has been excellent. The team truly cares about their guests, and it shows in every interaction"
