We arrived at the hotel early in the morning after a long night of traveling, and thanks to Latonia, she got us into our room early so we could get some sleep! "We stayed here for one night due to a flight delay, the hotel is clean, and well maintained. I loved the complimentary items they leave in the bathroom which we needed since it was an unexpected stay we didn't have everything with us. Especially the slippers!! They offer complimentary shuttle to and from JFK airport. We called upon arrival, and the shuttle arrived within 15 mins to pick us up. We will definitely stay here from now on whenever we visit the area. Highly recommended! "
