"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Drake House. We have been here before and really love coming here. The place is very clean and just perfect for 2 people. The kitchen is well stocked and the balcony with hot tub is phenomenal. It is a great place to unwind and relax for awhile. The coffee shop below is very cute and serves specialty coffee drinks along with breakfast. Walking around the city is fun and it is a close walk to the Mississippi River. "Parking in back is not marked and there is NOT space for 2 vehicles without blocking the strips.Lamps missing lightbulbs, power strip in 3rd level didn't work. 3rd level lights and ceiling fan are strange. You can't operate the ceiling fan without the stairway lights being on. There were no keys that would operate the front door. "Very cute decor, loved the home feeling. We enjoyed our stay and it was nice and quiet. We did have some ants walking around in the kitchen and bathroom but it’s springtime and that happens. Lovely place, we plan to seek out the location the next time we are in town."

"The property we stayed in was in perfect condition. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. It was easy to access and located centrally in Dubuque. Communication with Ken always goes smoothly and he gives great instructions to gain access to his VRBOs.Our only issue was that it was more than a six minute walk to Loras College, which was the main reason we chose this spot.
