"DON'T BOOK THIS!! The stay was very basic. The host did not make any effort to make our stay comfortable. For 2 people in the room, we expected 2 blankets but there was only one and we were not given an extra blanket even after asking the host. The Check-out time was at 10 am in the morning sharp and not a minute extra was given. Even when me and my friend were waiting for our taxi outside in the shade on the property we were not allowed to stay at the property a minute after check-out. I think...

"Guesthouse Esma is Quiet and safe neighborhood, 10 minute walk to the center of Rovinj with good access to parking. There is a supermarket close by with cheap coffee and breakfast pastry, snacks and food for picnicking at the beach. If you have a car this place has parking, you can hop a car ride to many beaches near Rovinj to enjoy. "There is no reception, so you have to arrange check in ahead of time. We failed to do this, but Rosa was very helpful. The unit was just right for our stay. Equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom. Great AC, grocery store very close by, lots of dining options and tour operators in the area. "

"This is a great 5 star hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool areas. The views from the hotel of Rovinj are beautiful. It’s such a cleverly designed hotel. Our room was quiet and big enough for 3 of us for a week. We would definitely return to this hotel. A big thank you to the amazing staff for looking after us so well. "
