"My two young sons and I had a very nice visit to The Boathouse. The lake is well used but not busy and the water is calm. We spent our time on the kayaks, fishing from the dock, and on land with a fire to warm up the cool summer evenings. The Boathouse is well-kept, comfortable, and charming and the hosts are delightful and generous. The drive into the twin cities is very easy. I would definitely recommend. "

"Great location on the lake with an incredible amount of activities to do on site. Lots of room and everything you could need is provided! Greats spots to also sit and relax and take in the scenery. We enjoyed the location very much for our family vacation."
"Enjoyed both the inside of this house and the outdoor spaces. View from the dock was amazing in the evening. We also came at a wonderful time with the fireflies out. Just a few minutes from any Necessities you need. The property was private and cozy. Just a heads up if you have Mobility issues the dockwould be kind of hard to access since there's a lot stairs."
