"We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The cottage was clean and stocked with all the kitchen and bath stuff we could possibly need. The cottage decor is very homey and comfortable as can be. The grounds are gorgeous. The lake and dock are the highlight of the property and they also have turkeys, ducks, chickens and rabbits. We're nature lovers and felt right at home. We did not hardly see the Raulersons and we had our privacy to the degree that we never even met them, although I would have liked to. If we are in the area again we plan to return. Thank you, Raulersons, for everything."

"My family of four stayed here because we had season passes to Wild Adventures and this home was only 10 minutes away from the park. The house is amazing: large open living/dining/kitchen area, each of the three bathrooms are very nice, and all the bedrooms were nice with comfy beds and the 2 king beds in the larger bedroom was perfect for our family. My and my wife's favorite part of the house is the large back porch overlooking the lake and the large trees in the backyard. We spent mornings and nights enjoying how peaceful the lake was from the rockers on the porch. The host was excellent, answering all my questions and quick to respond. The best restaurant close by is Uncle Carlo's, the pizza and pasta was delicious and the ribeye was very good too. I will definitely stay here again in the future."
