"I was scheduled to stay just one night, but due to the cancellation of my cruise, I stayed an additional night. They were extremely helpful. I was able to use their phone (toll free) and make arrangements with their assistance. They offered a warm, caring atmosphere in my time of stress. Andry, the day manager, and Andre, the Manager/Owner were the BEST! I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance."

Whereas the husband of the couple running the place was friendly and helpful, the wife makes one feel incredibly unwelcome. "This hotel was more like staying at the home of an elegant friend. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave!! The staff is superb, especially Camila and Rente.
