"The apartment wasn't very clean there were hairs on the toilet sink I rented 2 days with the plan to be chill and relaxed by myself and the lady called me saying l will have to switch to another apartment the next day because the one l rented was smaller than the one she ender up putting me in. I said that l wasn’t happy about that because l needed to work and the whole idea was to stay comfortable (plus l had unpacked) She proceeds to threat me saying that she can just cancel my reservation...

"If you are looking for a centrally located place to stay in Santiago this is it. We never used the subway system but we did walk to several places. Plaza de Las Armas was a 15 minute walk. There are several eating establishments right next door to the building. Gonzalo was a very accommodating host as we had several flight delays, etc."

"My experience was terrible apartment full of roaches,they fumigate w/quemical so strong that the first night I had to sleep somewere else and the smell persisted the rest of the time of my stay I lost most of the food from fridge do to roaches. "Adoramos nossa estadia no Hotel Solace em Santiago. Hotel super bem localizado, muito próximo de uma estação de metrô e de ótimos restaurantes e bares. O lobby do hotel é super cheiroso, deixando uma marca sempre na entrada e na saída dos passeios. Super limpo, cama gostosa e chuveiro ótimo! Senti falta apenas de um kit amenities no banheiro, principalmente de touca de banho. E pra fechar, conta com um café da manhã bem completo, com reposições frequentes, e uma máquina de bebidas quentes e água disponíveis 100% do tempo. Também usufruímos do restaurante do hotel nos dias em que não quisermos sair para jantar e fomos muito bem atendidos. Enfim, foi uma ótima experiência nos hospedarmos neste hotel!"
