"The location is amazing, its so quiet. Walking from the car park to the room (which is less then a minute walk) all you could hear were the birds tweeting which was very relaxing. The room itself was nice and cosy, very clean and stocked with a kettle for tea and coffee which were supplied and a fan in the wardrobe, towels and toiletries. "2nd stay at this property. So comfy, clean and lots of thought has gone into the needs of the guests. Breakfast was hot and tasty, delivered to your door at a time pre arranged. 2 minutes walk to local pub that serves delicious food. Definitely would recommend. "

"Great for drivers but not for pedestrians! There's a (nearly) lethal two-lane round about to negotiate.... I found a safer route on my third day.... hidden traffic lights are not shown on Google Maps or Michelin!!!!!!????? I had a lovely room. I found that I had to ring to reach someone to check me in. ALSO NOTE ...there are 2 Elm Roads.... this is at Elm HIGH Road about a mile and a half from town, in the locality of Elm. "
