"All staff was friendly and helpful, we like the stay.. but they don’t have room service for lunch or dinner only breakfast so we ordered from an application and they delivered it. The parking is good and the location as well the size of the room was good also the bed comfortable the wifi was good they clean the room in daily basis and they add water and coffee as a complementary every day"

"We stayed in room 5 for 2 nights in May 2025. I have given it 5 stars for the view (the photos on expedia don't do it justice, i have attached some of the view from the room), it has a balcony plus location was great, 2 minutes walk to the restaurants on the front and walkable from the Old Souks area (though there are lots of golf carts as taxis). Room was clean and modern and breakfast at Rays exceptional. I would definitely stay there again but there are a couple of things to note: the parking charge was double that stated on Expedia. There is no kitchenette as stated, there is a (good sized) fridge and a kettle, no glasses or anything. Check in information was a bit confusing as you had to check in at Rays but when i asked initially the guy didn't seem to know anything but we got there in the end. But we had a great time and are definitely hoping to go back next time we are in Lebanon."

"The property is very clean' the underground parking (free) is very convenient so as not to rely on street parking; the rooms are quite spacious and the junior suites were very reasonably priced; the welcome fruit plate was a nice touch"
