The property is located near the highway so there is always a noise from there. Otherwise, the situation is very good and the house is in good condition. It is 3km to the beach. Dies lag nicht nur an der schlechten Zufahrt, und dem sehr rustikalen Zustand der Wohnung, sondern hauptsächlich an dem fürchterlichen Kloakengestank der vor allem im Bad und Schlafzimmer vorherrschte.
