"Maggy and Anibal have a fantastic rental! The attic apartment is adorable. It's probably the cleanest place I've stayed in my life, including hotels. It feels warm and inviting. Every item is folded and placed with care. I had more dishes and cooking utensils than I could ever need, including disposable plates! I even had some snacks provided. There are two TVs, one of which is in the bedroom, and the other being the biggest screen I've ever seen. It connects to your Netflix, Prime...whatever...

"My family visited NYC and stayed at Nancy’s apartment. We found the entire experience very convenient and pleasant. The parking onsite was wonderfully convenient. Location was very close to the train to help us navigate to our activities over the course of our stay. "Property was nicely remodeled, bright and cheery. The kitchen was adequate, could have had a few more items to making cooking easier. The host was very receptive to making this happen. It was a close walk to the beach & parks. There were restaurants nearby or a short drive away. It was a perfect way to say goodbye to summer."

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

If you plan a visit to NYC this house is located on a mayor boulevard and have a super easy access to city transportation. 119 bus route will take you right in to the heart of the big apple.
