The staff of the apartnox were excellent . I even thought my husband and I were the only guest at the hotel because the attention they paid us was so phenomenal. Stood there 10 days and had the most pleasant stay thus far . Highly recommend .

Beautiful hotel, very nice and quiet new.
The room was really nice, we had a nice and confortable queen bedroom.
I left the key of our house and half and one hour after we left, we receive a call from the recepcionist, that the cleaning laddy found our key and left it in the recepcion for us.

The best stay I’ve had in a long time including travel in Europe and United States. I arrived nearly at midnight with my young son after 24hrs of air travel. The owner waited for us, took us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. In the morning she made homemade breakfast for us at 11am when we finally woke up. I cannot day enough about this place. Exceptional in every way and exceedingly preferred to the large, impersonal chain hotels.

I have absolutely not one single bad thing to say about this hotel. The front desk staff was super helpful, as we booked a room literally half an hour before checking in, and it was super smooth. The room and bathroom were spotless, and we had a lovely balcony as well. Very quiet area and hotel. They also have a communal balcony from which to admire the city of Cluj, since the hotel is on a hill a bit outside the city center. Excellent bedding ansld toiletries, as well as the breakfast. Great stay. The apartment is modern and clean. It is about a 15 minute walk to old town but there is a nice grocery/convenience store just a few minutes walk away. The walk to old town is downhill which but coming back is a little bit of an uphill hike. The apartment I was in had a washing machine but no dryer which was a little inconvenient. Overall it was a nice, quiet, clean, and secure building which made for a great stay in Cluj.
