"This rental has a perfect location if you don’t want to be on Navarre Beach. But you are literally only have a 5 minute drive if you wanted the beach. Rebecca / owner is a good communicator. This home is well equipped and fit our family of 10 well. And it’s immaculate and well kept. Small septic snafu while we were there but Rebecca is handling that and has repair people coming before more renters so that shouldn’t be a problem. We would love to come back and rent this home again. Lots of great memories in one week were made here as a family. "

"The room was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in which to me is 99% of enjoying a property. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The property was in a place I desired so met all of my needs"

"Although the stay was good, unfortunately I had to wait an hour after check in for my room to be cleaned. After being told it would'nt take long. House keeping was called repeatedly to see how long it would take. That was at 1, even though check in was at 3. The place was not that busy, so, IDK. I don't understand why 2 people need to clean 1 room at a time, you'd think it would go faster."

"Shower backs up while in it, light in bathroom just strobes so you can't use it. Pull out couch didn't work. Overall it was just ok it works for a decent view, but I wouldn't return. Staff seemed ok though. Probably good enough for the right person just not for us. "

"The room was very clean and more than suited my needs for my brief stay. It was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and professional. I especially appreciated that the parking and surrounding areas were well-lit, as I was traveling with a dog that needed to be walked at night. I felt safe even late. The are was quiet and well-situated, being just a short distance from the entrance to the island itself. I'm sure this may probably change during the summer but it was manageable during the off season. "
