The customer service for Hotels.com had to call them to even entertain us staying the night. Ridiculous! The room once we finally got in there was okay-there were crumbs all over the couch and bench as well as hair in the bathtub, but after waiting so long, we just needed a clean bed to get a few hours of sleep. We will NOT be staying with them again. "

"The place far exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and up to date. As good or better than many large chain hotels. It is in a mostly industrial type neighborhood but easy to access from the highway and perfect for travelers. "

"Location is not desirable. Breakfast consist of oranges, bananas, two types of cereal, waffles with syrup, carafe of coffee, bottle of whole milk, and an orange drink. No butter, no knives, no sausages, no eggs, no bread, no donuts, no ……, well, you get it. It took 6-7 minutes for the bathroom light to get to a useful brightness. The water flow in the sink was dismal (it took about two minutes to fill a mason jar). Find another place to stay."
