Set across approximately 4.5 acres, Hillview Ranch offers a relaxed country atmosphere with plenty of open space and scenic surroundings. The property feels tucked away from the city while still being remarkably convenient to downtown Fallbrook, Temecula, the coast, and many of North County’s most popular destinations.

Fallbrook & Wine Country

Known as the “Friendly Village,” Fallbrook is surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, farms, avocado groves, and scenic backcountry roads.

A Few Things to Know

The casita is attached to the ranch barn, adding to the unique character and country setting of the property. There are currently no animals housed in the barn or elsewhere on the property, so guests can enjoy the ranch atmosphere without the activity that typically comes with a working barn.

The main ranch house is also offered as a separate vacation rental. It is completely detached from the casita and situated farther across the acreage, providing plenty of separation between the two accommodations. Guests may occasionally see other visitors elsewhere on the property, but each rental has its own separate space.
