"The Troy motel was alright to stay at, but they could use an upgrade for some new stuff and new property upgrades. They’ve been the same way since I can remember. But it is good to save money on a place to stay, since they’re so basic the customers don’t pay that much."

"The property was great. Family enjoyed the cabin and the outdoors here. Don was super understanding and gave tons of info of places to eat and see. Property was great and would 100% come back and hoping to do so. The sky was stunning being away from all the lights,Was well worth the price and glad we found this spot."

"Our family of four (plus 2 dogs) have the BEST long weekend here! The creek was absolutely perfect and we all had a blast kayaking up and down the creek! The creekbed is quite slippy so maybe not best for little little kids but our 5 and 11 year olds had the best weekend ever!The kitchen was equipped with just about all the necessities and there the Trout Run Grocery 5 minutes down the road has some odds and ends you might have forgotten to pack.We definitely hope to come back!"

"Clean property and nice towels and bed. AC was cold during a very warm summer week. This place is located in the heart of Wellsboro right across the square and all the restaurants. Great place to stay in Wellsboro!"

"Neat old property. No updates. Could use some newer window treatments. Air conditioner filter dirty. We cleaned and made it work much better. I appreciate the history but prefer newer updates accommodations. Staff was great! ."
