"I was only in the hotel for 1 evening. Arriving at 7pm and departing at 8am. The hotel is my preferred option in Berlin due to its proximity to the Alexanderplatz station and direct link to the airport. The room allocated as a good size for a single occupant. The bed was really comfortable and the clean warm and clean. There was coffee making facilities. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with lots of hot and cold options. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The WiFi signal was very good. I will stay at the hotel again when visiting Berlin."

"We where very pleased with the hotel.. Staff very kind, only small observations, like the corners of the entrance carpet were curled up, creating a trip hazard and making it look more worn than it actually was. Smoking area just outside the entrances, could also be a bit more shielded. But all in all a very good experience."

"The area is the hotel and ease to get around was top notch. The staff were at times very arrogant when trying to speak German, they were correcting and belittling. Very uncomfortable"

"I stayed for one night in September, 2026. The hotel is directly across from one of the larger train stations and bus hubs. The train station includes a variety of shops including pharmacy and grocery stores. It is also right next to the East Side Gallery, a curated remnant of the former Berlin Wall. I didn't eat a meal there, but liked the vibe of the lobby bar, which features tall bookshelves. Room was simple but clean and met all my needs. Even though the hotel was next to a major transit hub, I found the room to be quiet overnight."
