We liked that it’s within walking distance of downtown Bemus Point, has a roomy deck in the back, 3 full baths, a great bedroom for the grands and an open kitchen and common area to gather."

They fished from the shore all day while taking a few breaks here and there to go play on the playground, jump on the trampoline, or take the kayaks out on the water.
