"The perfect place to totally chill and unwind, which was just what we needed. Lovely characterful farmhouse, fab location, close to Taormina, the most beautiful town ever! Loved the horses who came to greet us each morning and the cats who visited us. Mimmo was the perfect host, there when we needed, and even brought us vegan cookies, which was such a lovely gesture and much appreciated! We stayed for a week but would love to return and stay longer!"

"The region between Milazzo and Messina is not really nice. But Cala Marina is an oasis in there. Great garden (with Yakuzzi!), only a few footsteps to the sea. We spend days and evenings on the terraces (independ of the weather). House is well equipped. Really friendly owners."

"Wer es ruhig und entspannt möchte ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Terrasse auf der man im November noch Frühstücken konnte. Der Blick ist wunderschön. Der Vermieter hat uns viele Tipps zur Umgebung, guten Restaurants und der einheimischen Küche gegeben. Vielen Dank dafür noch mal an Gianfranco!"

"Motta Camastra is a family treasure that has been painstakingly and beautifully restored. The town is very old, population about 800. The residents are very friendly and helpful. The town sits on a mountain top with beautiful vistas and fabulous sunsets. Fabulous views of Mt Etna. Not the easiest to druve to sitting on a mountain top. VERY winding road up to the town with many SHARP hairpin turns--not for the faint of heart! Host and hostess were extremely nice."

"We had a wonderful & relaxing stay despite the disruptions to our flights to & from Catania (airport fire). The villa was clean and tidy but 3rd bedroom did not have air-conditioning. The owners were very helpful, recommending & booking restaurants, all the way to providing home grown vegetables & fresh eggs."

"Alessio met us in Savoca and took us on a short journey to Romissa where Villa Sarino is situated. The views are tremendous: one looking down towards the sea and the other across to Savoca with its church and museum on the hill side. The terrace overlooking the sea was roomy and great for gathering with our friends and family who stayed at other nearby locations! The sun was hot in the afternoon but the shade of the terrace at that time of day allowed us to be able to spend time outside overlooking the water. The house is steps away from the beach! The village is not touristy which we loved as we had a genuine Italian...
