"The location is great - close to Garden of the Gods, resturants, and I-25. The location was in a safe location. The breakfast was good for 2 days. The remaining 5 days, it was frozen sandwiches to warm up in the microwave. The staff was helpful. It could improve by cleaning the room more often. I had to ask twice within my five day stay to have the room cleaned, new towels and coffee refills."

"Excellent Staff, and service, Rooms very well designed, very Hommy, super clean Swimming pool area amazing view but Needs improvement the lounge chairs and seating swivel chairs are broken! The pool could be cleaner as well; they need a hot tub for only adults or supervised young kids. More security and staff supervising the gym and common areas, bunch of teens where literally destroying the gym even they were no allow there, so you couldn't even work out. I love the overall concept and the cleanliness, the location it's perfect between Denver and Colorado Springs"

"The hotel was easy to find and the reception staff were welcoming. The stay was comfortable and the room was of a good size. However the hotel is unfortunately showing its age and looks a bit tired in places. The air con was weak and very noisy so room was too hot. The room was adjoined to another. This room had a young family that did like to scream and shout. This could have been much worse if the aircon hadn’t drowned them out. Breakfast was reasonable and sufficient to meet our needs."

"First off the staff was wonderful. Helpful and courteous. We had an issue with thenTV remote and the manager gave us a couple replacements that didn’t work. But then she spent her own time seeking out one that did work. 🙂 The pool was nice for the kids especially. But kind of dirty. Breakfast was good but packed! You need to get there early to avoid the crowds. The facility seemed as if it needs some updates. The carpeting on the 2nd floor was dirty and bunched up in areas. I didn’t check the other areas. The room was very small but it worked I appreciate the refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Overall, for the money it wasn’t bad. It would be better with a little bit of clean up and renovation. The location is great."
