"Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access....

"Stayed here with my family June 29, 2018, for 10 days and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house was exactly as pictured! There was room enough for everyone. My nieces stayed in the pool every opportunity they could get in. House was beautiful had everything needed to cook, relax,and have fun. "

"Unser Aufenthalt war grundsätzlich sehr schön, jedoch verfügt das Haus über 2 und nicht wie in der Anzeige über 3 separate Schlafzimmer. 2 von uns mussten im Wohnzimmer schlafen, was suboptimal war bei einer Gruppe von 6 Personen. Hätten wir das vorab gewusst, hätten wir das Haus wahrscheinlich nicht gemietet. Ansonsten die Kommunikation mit Giancarlo hat super geklappt und San Felice und die Umgebung sind traumhaft schön mit phantastischen Stränden."

"Der Aufenthalt hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Constantino ist sehr bemüht einem beim Check-In alles zu zeigen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders der Außenbereich ist sehr angenehm. Man kann mit der ganzen Familie kochen, spielen, fernsehen usw. Alles schön im Schatten mit Blick auf die Palmen im schönen Garten. "We had a group of 11 stay at Villa Mariani. The host Kim was fantastic as was Sylvia and the whole crew. The place is a fantastic sitting up in the hills overlooking the town of San Felice Circeo. The driveway getting up to the place gave us a little pause but once you are up there it’s unreal. I’d definitely get a car and Kim and team were great and had one delivered to us. We did the walk into the village and it’s very doable. There is some elevation so may not be ok for some but our whole...
