We had to keep asking for things but staff didn't acknowledge with a smile would just walk off and get what was needed. Not what you expect from a hotel of this standard. The car park is right behind the hotel and even though it is a pay and dispay car park, the convenience of its location is well worth the six pounds for a full day charge. Overnight parking is free after 6.00p.m."
