We welcome one dog for an additional fee of $150. For your convenience, we provide a dog fence, water bowl, furniture cover, and dog treats.

To ensure a harmonious and respectful environment for all guests, please observe the following guidelines:
No Parties or Exceeding Guest Limits: We do not allow parties or gatherings beyond the specified number of guests in the reservation. Please plan your stay accordingly to comply with this policy.
No Smoking/Vaping Policy: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will incur a $200 cleaning fee to restore the apartment to its pristine condition.
Dogs: While we work to maintain our grounds, pokeweed can grow quickly, especially during rainy days in our temperate rainforest climate. Please keep your dog leashed or supervised when outside, as ingesting pokeweed is toxic to dogs.
Wildlife Awareness: Our mountainous location attracts wildlife such as bears, deer, raccoons, squirrels, spiders, and snakes. We appreciate these natural inhabitants and ask that you do not feed them. Please respect their habitat for a safe and enjoyable stay.
Nature Conservation: We are committed to sustainability and conserving natural resources. Please help by turning off the air-conditioning/heat when not in the studio to save energy.
Residential Presence: The apartment is private with its own entrance and parking, but it is located on the lower floor of our home. While we are generally a quiet family, you may occasionally hear noises from the TV, kitchen, or footsteps. We strive to be respectful and ask for your understanding.
Security & Access: For security, four outdoor cameras are installed at the driveway entrances, side, and back of the property. As this is new construction, you may also see workers on the property, including our team working on the grounds and garden.
Steep Slope: Our property is on a hill, so please be mindful of the steep slopes when walking around. We cannot be held liable for any mishaps or incidents.
