Garden Cottage near Asheville and Blue Ridge Parkway

Luxury cottage in private yard/garden with a quiet, country setting. Our pasture and Garden separate you from the nearest neighbor. Perfect for a couple. The cottage is a good distance beside and behind the main house. (Update. Alex our cleaner is doing an excellent job sanitizing all surfaces between guests)
The main house and the cottage sit on 4.5 landscaped acres and pasture. Think flowers, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, honey bees, and watching deer grazing from the deck in the mornings with views of distant mountains in the background. And the horses are back in the pasture!.

Private and completely furnished one bedroom cottage. Living room, , kitchen, washer/dryer, gas log heat and A/C, bamboo floors and beautiful tiled bathroom. King bed, and fast wifi(200 download, 10 upload).

Convenient location in quiet, well-established, rural neighborhood . 10 minutes to Parkway, 20 minutes to downtown Asheville, easy access to all shopping , entertainment, hiking trails and the Biltmore House. Uber available.

The Cottage was built in 2012 and we keep it in top condition. The neighborhood is very quiet with quiet lanes for a stroll, horse pastures and a great view of the mountains.

Excellent get away

Very happy with location, amenities, check in and check out. The cottage had everything we needed. It was nice having the horses to watch. Peaceful setting. We will definitely stay again!

Lovely oasis

We had a lovely time at this oasis from the city where we enjoyed being on the deck and watching the horses. The space was very comfortable and felt private enough from the main house. Thanks!

Quick weekend getaway

The location is perfect for visiting Asheville or the Biltmore Estate. The outside of the cottage had a wreath for Christmas which was a warming sight. This was a great stay for a weekend trip.

Great stay!

Frazier was great at communicating. The cottage was exactly what we were looking for...a little ways from Asheville, but close enough to make it easy to get to and from. We would definitely stay here again!

Quaint and Cozy

Loved staying at this cute cottage in a beautiful and relaxing setting. Very peaceful.We enjoyed the garden, surrounding land and seeing the horses in the morning. The bed was comfy and all listed amenities were present. Frazier was proactive, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely would return!

Wonderful Getaway

This little cottage was a perfect getaway for our honeymoon. The view was breath taking waking up to horses in the yard and the sunrise. A very quiet neighborhood and was only 20 minutes from downtown Asheville and still close enough to food and other activities, highly recommend.

Just as advertised... It was perfect for a long weekend near Asheville. We were close enough to enjoy everything in the city but in the country enough to take advantage of peace, quiet and hiking. We would definitely stay again!

This cottage was beyond expectations. It was clean, cozy, and in a great location. I loved waking up in the morning and sitting on the back deck watching the horses in the pasture. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway

A charming property with everything we needed for the perfect long weekend, including three gorgeous horses that come right up to the edge of the property. Easy to find and we could get anywhere we wanted to visit in Asheville in 15 minutes. Just as beautiful as the pictures; we would love to be regulars!

Wonderfully dreamlike

Our stay was wonderful for so many reasons! The cottage was beautiful inside and out with lots of adorable critters to see. All of the trees made everything feel secluded even though mutliple towns/cities are within a 20/30 minute drive. We were also able to do lots of hiking nearby and hit up some great thrift/antique shops. Our dog also enjoyed his stay with lots of new sniffs especially once he conquered the spiral stairs. Overall, the only thing i hated about this stay was having to leave. It was truly wonderful!

Cute & Quiet Getaway

My husband and I decided to take a last minute weekend trip to the mountains to celebrate our recent marriage and came across Frazier's property. The pictures looked so cute and relaxing so we booked and it was everything we expected and more. Check in and out were extremely simple, the cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The property is absolutely gorgeous and it was nice and peaceful. We enjoyed having coffee on the back porch with the two horses each morning. The views of the stable and gardens were beautiful. We were close to downtown Asheville and The Biltmore Estate, which were the two places on our itinerary. We will definitely be booking for a return trip in the future!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

My husband and I were looking for a peaceful weekend getaway with our dogs and this place was perfect! The cottage is so cute and cozy and the beautiful mountain setting was amazing! We loved the landscaping and pretty gardens and the horse in the back pasture. It’s also in a great location near Asheville and we took a day trip to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure for my husband to revisit since he helped fight the wildfires in the area back in 2016. It only took us a half hour to get to Lake Lure which is also a beautiful area to visit. The dogs loved the stay just as much as we did! This was our first Vrbo stay and it was super easy and the owners were very accommodating with great communication. We will definitely save this cute little cottage on our list to revisit in the future!

Tranquil Getaway

Cottage is very cute- very clean and spacious upstairs and downstairs. Very quiet location with a beautiful backyard view of pasture with horses and gorgeous trees that started to turn with fall. Very nice to soak up some warm sun on back patio with fall cool mornings. Frazier the host was fabulous with any questions we had. Your 15 minutes from downtown Asheville but would never know it being in the quiet country atmosphere in Fairview. I would highly recommend to anyone and will make sure to book again next time in Asheville.

Happy New Years!

We stopped off in Asheville (our former home) after a grueling week of family Christmas for a little down time. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind. The cabin has a nice open floor plan and more than enough space for two. We were stuck inside due to rain a lot of the time, but we never felt trapped. Just open up the blinds, sip a cup of coffee, and watch the world go by. The view was idyllic. The hosts were very friendly (they live in the main house) as well but stayed mostly out of the way. We would highly recommend staying here, close enough to town to be convenient while out of the hustle and bustle.

Charming and quaint!

This little cottage is one of the more charming VRBO rentals we've rented. It has an incredibly functional set up, everything you'll need. The farmhouse and property as a whole is absolutely gorgeous - and the horses just add to the charm. The cottage is immaculate, the bed very comfortable and wow can that gas log heater heat! One of our favorite parts were the turkeys that took up residence in the field in the mornings. We had our dog with us, and he loved being able to safely roam a bit as well. Approximately 20 minutes into downtown Asheville, very easy drive. We explored Chimney Rock, Hickory Nut Gap Farm and Bearwallow Mountain - all very close. We'd love to come back!
