"It was cold early April. At night around 29 degrees, but up to 65 in the sunny afternoon. We were two couples and a dad with an 11 year old, which was an awkward fit for the space. The 11 year old was very happy with the small porch room with the day bed. The 56 year old dad tolerated the small upstairs room that was the gateway to the huge attic bedroom, where I and my partner slept. "4 adults and 2 children, boys, ages 9 and 11, stayed here for a 4 day weekend. We appreciated the propertys space for beds and the ample outdoor space, for the kids. Loved the coy pond and fire pit. There was some wood there, and we were able to acquire some more by chance passing abearby farm. The kitchen, was decently stocked, but if you plan to cook your own meals, consider bringing an extra large frying pan. Also, bring dish soap, as minimal was provided. "Just got back today from this adorable cottage. We had such a Great time here. The cottage was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Jon and Kevin were Amazing with quick responses to any questions we had. Loved the campfires with French Creek just steps away also Loved the peace and quiet. We will definitely come back. "This hotel was the nicest one we have ever stayed at in the area. The room was above our expectations and the pool was divine! Nothing beats it for the price. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great ( ate myself sick on those waffles lol). My biggest complaint was we wished the tvs were a bit more modern in the room, at least a Roku fire stick so we could watch some YouTube on it. But that is likely just the gen z talking. Very nice and we will come again on our next vacation in the area."
