"The location was great- short walk to restaurants and bars in the Gulch. Another short walk from there to Broadway. The place was very nice. Perfect for 2 couples. We only used bedrooms and bathrooms, not the kitchen as we ate out. There was a little street noise, not bad. The worst noise was in the building- the condo above us was very noisy. Woke us in the middle of the night one time. Another day they sounded like they were moving furniture for an hour. All tolerable but still annoying. And...

"This was a very nice condo. The building is nice. It's nice to have access to a pool and fitness center. Overall, the building is a little noisy although this condo was right next to the front entrance and people were coming and going late into the night into the early morning. Management was very quickly responsive every time I had a question or a concern. Short Uber ride to downtown. The condo is stocked with many things like pool towels, wine glasses, dishes, etc. It is a very dog friendly...

"We really liked the property, it was clean and accurately described. The only thing that was irritating was how loud the a/c unit was. It was central air but was located inside of unit. If you would have anyone sleep downstairs it is located next to the couch."

Nearby interstate traffic noise is audible and the complex itself kind of has thin walls but overall not a big deal. The room with two beds in it is much more spacious with a better bathroom and closet, plus has windows, as compared to the room with the king bed."

"The location of the property is very convenient within easy walking distance to Broadway. The unit was newer any nicely decorated with all necessary amenities. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe. There are also very active train tracks nearby but fun to watch during the day and not an issue sleeping with the provided earplugs. The communication from the property management team was excellent. Would stay again when returning to Nashville."
