"So here's the thing: this hotel was under renovation and shouldn't have even been available to book. But the staff didn't let that phase them when my daughter and I showed up. Yes, there were a lot of remnants of construction work hanging around, but honestly, we barely knew they were there. The breakfast was plentiful and good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and quiet. Should we need to stay in Mentor again, I will definitely go back once it is fully open."

"The property does not have a front desk again, you have to call a number and front desk agent will come down to check you in. Our room kind of had a mixture smell of BO and something else. The hallways smelled like vaping cigarettes. The bathroom sink drain would not stay open to drain but we were able to fix the lever our selves. I made a mistake looking under the bed sheet and the master cover was filthy gross, which made my skin itch. I hope I don’t make a mistake again at reserving at...

"Excellent hotel. Close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful upscale apartment- like hotel. Inviting bright styling of decor of rooms. Smelled clean everywhere. Upscale ingredients at the continental breakfast. Nice looking indoor pool. Grill outside with nice patio furniture and firepit. I didn't see vending or ice machine but they have a mini convenient store in the hotel lobby. Would most definately stay again!"
