"friendly, accomodating staffs clean room hearty breakfast complimentary water and coffee"

"Friendly staff and everything you want or need is in walking distance."

"Property was nice. Club level was not worth the extra money. Staff was not exactly friendly."

"The location is great for touring lower Manhattan. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Would happily come again."

"The concierge named Martin was amazing with helping me with my luggage and providing directions to the subway. Great service and great guy!"
