What a pleasant stay! Along with my siblings it made a perfect place for a family reunion. The neighborhood was very quiet and the property managers were very responsive. I would highly recommend this place!

I stayed here for 12 nights and absolutely loved it. It was so comfortable and cozy and I felt right at home. The hosts thought of everything to make the stay amazing. Its a great house, super clean and close to everything! Look forward to visiting again!

The hosts have done a very thorough and tasteful renovation of this property. It was very well stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during a family wedding. It was a very good space for hosting a pre-wedding dinner and brunch the next morning. Thank you!

Is very cozy, the owners have put a lot of work into this home to make it a pleasurable stay. the history of this carriage home and the large white home are very interesting as well as other homes close by. Was nice to be back in Fairmont and drive around and see old memories of when we grew up in the area.

This is a beautifully restored historic home in a great neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked and gorgeous! The Christmas decorations were a wonderful addition. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Carriage house. The house was really clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. We had 4 adults and 3 kids under 13 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The basement was great for the kids. Would definitely book again

The house is very clean, organized and charming. The location is in a central, in-town, residential neighborhood very close to lakes. The owners are fully accessible and very friendly.

The house was cozy, and comfortable. There were plenty of soft and fresh bath towels along with ample toilet paper. Hosts responded immediately when I had a question. Everything was a pleasant experience. Would book again.

House was very clean, air conditioning was good and cold, and the kitchen had all the necessities and then some. The only slight drawback was that you have to walk through one of the upstairs sleeping areas in order to get to the other true bedrooms. I would highly recommend this house during your next stay in Fairmont!

This is our second stay at the property. It is a convenient location and the home has everything we need for a comfortable and quiet visit. The living area is spacious and well- considered and there are plenty of comfortable sleeping spaces for a large family. We always have great communication with Tim and Tammie and will most likely stay there again in the future!

This is a beautiful home well done. Parking was a bit odd, however did not hinder our stay , we had a great time, the home was inviting and full of wonderful surprises. Loved it!

What a cozy and welcoming space! All 3 generations on our girls weekend enjoyed the home and all it has to offer. Having three finished levels; all clean, beautifully decorated, and functional, allowed for little ones to nap while others caught up. The tv in the kitchen was a hit and kept the littles in one spot while they ate. There was nothing we didn’t love about our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great find for our family to gather together in Fairmont! Close to everything and plenty of space for all of us. House was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the cozy family room with the fireplace and even had pizza delivered from Jakes! (Highly recommend!) Owners were very responsive to inquiries! Will definitely return!

This is the cutest house in a beautiful quint neighborhood. The fire pit out back was all loaded and ready to go for our first nights fire. The kitchen was fully stocked and all toiletries were very well stocked. We had know issues during our stay. Would highly recommend this home.

We loved the carriage house! The pictures on the web site are exactly how the house looks. Having never rented a house before and several unknowns, the owners were very gracious in answering all my questions prior our arrival. The house is so quaint you feel at home immediately! It was nice to have a place to come home to every night and you felt "at home". The only two items we noticed were the mattresses were not the best on two of the three beds. Family members stated you rolled to the middle. And parking is tight if you have multiple vehicles. All is all it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay there again! It was sad to leave.

We had great communication with the home owners. When we walked into the home it is a great experience. They have done a great job with decorating. The home has been remodeled with keeping what was special with this house. They modernized a lot of fixtures but kept the feel of the history of the house. They had snacks and drinks for us if we needed. They also had stuff in the showers, extra toothbrushes and paste if needed. Very nice gestures for those that may have forgotten thiers.If in Fairmount I would highly recommend this rental.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful home for our trip at such a reasonable price. I can't think of one thing that the place was missing - there were even snacks and bottles of water in the fridge! We appreciated the list of places to eat as well. Everything in the house was updated, modern and clean. Other reviews mention that parking was difficult or confusing, but in your email prior to arrival I thought that you made it very clear where to park and we didn't have any trouble figuring it out. I wanted to thank you for the easy check out process as well. Other places we have stayed have long lists of things to do upon departure but your requirements were simple (as most people expect when there are cleaning fees added to the bill). The town of Fairmont was fun to explore with my mom, sisters and daughter - if I come back I would definitely stay at your place!
