"Located in the heart of Peninsula. Parked the car on arrival and it never moved until we left two days later. Easy walking access to restaurants, a new coffee/wine shop, several shops, walking trails, the train depot, and multiple churches. It is located upstairs to a popcorn store, so the whole place has a fragrance of popcorn which we found pleasant. Looking forward to another visit in the future."

"Nice weekend getaway for adult family. We hand one child under 2. Beds comfortable. Cute place just needs a little home improvement. A couple of closet doors are broken and railing for stairs. Outside needs cleaned up. Understanding for spring when it is difficult to lawn mow between rain."

"The suite was as pictured and described. The bed linens and down comforter was so soft and the mattress firm but soft. Slept great!! I enjoyed the bright decor and colors. Excellent 70” tv and was happy to have HBO Max + cable. The heating system worked well although maybe add a small one to the bedroom. Bathroom was clean but very small and tight space between toilet and tub. Overall really enjoyed myself!"

"The owners were wonderful and always tried to make sure we stayed active by giving us tips for activities. The place was within walking distance from many restaurants on Front street near the falls. There is only one parking spot and around the outside of the apartment is cluttered. The inside was dark and still could use updates and completion work. "The property exceeded our expectations! It was a great place to stay, had plenty of space for people to sleep and tons of activities. Definitely recommend!"

"My only complaint is the quality of the nattresses. The mattresses were covered with plastic. Every time my husband moved, he woke me, and vice versa. The matress creaked, was lumpy, and i felt like i was sleeping on soggy cardboard. Also i couldn't find any potholders in the kitchen. All in all it was a great weekend"

"The space was very clean, functional, and had all of the amenities you would need. We were not placed in the space listed, though we did end up in a larger unit with a separate bedroom. Our check-in was a little confusing and communications could be slow at times throughout our stay, but we were consistently assisted by our friendly hosts. "Out property was very clean, not luxurious but comfortable. It was convenient to downtown, the pro football hall of fame, the rock and roll hall of fame, and the national park. We had a slight glitch with getting in upon arrival, but I will chalk it up to the fact that this property is new to VRBO. The property contact did help us out and got us in when contacted. "Great location, very clean, comfortable and good amenities including washer/dryer. Loved the smell from the popcorn shop on the first floor as you come through the first floor entrance, yet you hardly notice it on the second floor which is where the apartment is. Our only complaint was the single water filter pitcher in the refrigerator is inadequate and we had to buy bottled water for drinking etc."
