"This property needs a few improvements but the location is great. The lock box is difficult. It was freezing when we arrived and we spent 10 minutes trying to get to the key. The beds leave much to be desired. The hot water ran out after 5 minutes in the shower. The access steps need some care and the lighting is minimum. There is no roku or way to access the Wi-Fi on the tv, just cable channels. And, as a suggestion, the coffee pot should have an auto shutoff. With some attention this could be...

"This house is cool, it has an old Fairhope cottage vibe, updated and well appointed, furnished with everything you need. Great location and the pool is an added bonus. With plenty of parking, it was the perfect home base for my son the groom and his friends! The property manager was great to work with, communicated and responded to all questions quickly. Really appreciate that!"
