'Private bathroom' actually separate from room so had to lock room (lock impossible to understand), take massive bathroom key and towells to bathroom, which was very uninviting, lock up and unlock again. Didn't appreciate label on shower dispenser saying Do Not Remove, or one above taps saying Hot Water - ??? Felt like an...

"4.5 stars. Minus a half star purely for room size and lack of shelf space in bathroom. If I’d been alone it would’ve been perfect but for two people it was a little small and trying to maneuver around one another was a bit silly. Bathroom size was great tho- would just be lovely to add some shelves for places to set cosmetics bag on, etc. there was definitely room for a couple shelves. Staff was friendly, bed was wonderful, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. "

"Amazing stay at the Harcourt Arms. We ere going to a concert at Blenheim Palace and wanted to stay somewhere a bit further away, this place was perfect. "Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although...

"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."
