"Having access to a kitchen while visiting my daughter at college was awesome. The place was very clean and quiet. It was so close to the campus (about 1 mile) but felt like you were totally out in the country and away from the busy campus/uptown area. "

"We just spent the weekend at this place and it was perfect for our family. We were at Miami for a tournament for our son and to see our daughter. This place is only 15 minutes from Oxford. It’s a very quiet country cottage that has a couple of friendly goats. "

"Overall pretty great. It had good water pressure and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was really clean. It can sometimes be hard to find parking close to the place. It has great walkability to food."

"Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty. The owners communicated very well prior to the stay. It has great...
