The staff was very friendly both at check in and when checking out. Our room was upgraded at check in without even asking! The room was very clean and comfortable. The night we stayed the hotel was very quiet.

The location was great, right downtown but quiet, and this particular unit was facing the back. There was no view but plenty of windows and light and no street noise ...
