"The rooms were hot, air conditioning did not work. Key did not work on door, two different key sets. They moved us to another room. We are traveling with a group of 14. All rooms were hot. It is unfortunate that the property was not in great working order at the beginning of the season. They had plenty of time to make things right before they opened."

"The office is pretty hidden not much signs. Place looks weird the old man who gave us key wasn’t really helpful didn’t really explain much on amenities or anything at all I think he just wanted to go back to sleep we arrived @3am. Rooms are dirty we had to buy our cleaning supplies to clean it up more, we stayed at property next to Napa store. I asked the boss of cleaning if I can get towels and she said she didn’t have any so it’s pointless to b on the property. Staff wasn’t helpful at all ."

"We had a wonderful stay at Pike's. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was beyond excellent. Everyone was so kind and friendly! The whole property is gorgeous, with great views along the river. We loved our stay here and will definitely come back next time we're in Fairbanks. "

"We were greeted quickly and promptly and everything was ready for our visit. We were then introduced to the Swan Cove room for our visit. The unspoiled view of the Alaskan range from the rooms is spectacular. The room itself is well maintained and stocked with every last detail you could need for both breakfast and in the bathroom. We certainly are enjoying our choice to stay here. Our first night was quiet and restful."

"Kitchen staff worked hard and was friendly to all who dined. The facility was needing a weekend cleaning staff. Downstairs bathroom was dirty and out of paper towels. My room was under attended. No facial tissues, or kitchen items, but the room was clean. "

"This sweet cabin was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. We used it for two nights as a gathering place for our family after a college graduation. The downstairs was comfortable for all 8 of us to sit around the dining room table and be together.The kitchen is more than well-stocked with condiments, spices, quality cookware, and an easy to use espresso machine. Everything we needed to make a few meals.There is a cozy upstairs loft area with the king bed and tub/shower (with fancy bath accessories), plus a papasan chair.The house was evenly heated and comfortable, the showers were great and plenty of fresh-smelling towels were available.We would definitely come back, if we had a reason to be in Fairbanks. We enjoyed the few planes taking off, but the water was still frozen on the lake when we were there. Wish we had planned to stay longer. Great, responsive host!"

"Cute but tiny 2nd floor place! Host was very nice and helpful! Beds were comfy! Main problem is the cigarette smell. Also there was a lot of dust on things above reach level. We did love being on the river and watching the animals! Very close and convient to get in and out of."
