"I didn't like the fact that I left my phone plugged on the charger and went downstairs to eat and when I came back the house keeper had unplugged my phone and plugged her phone on my charger. So, now that I was ready to leave my phone was not charged."

"How beautiful and clean the hotel was in general, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The rooms were clean and neat. The pool was beautiful, surrounded by beautiful greenery! I had to pay for parking each day I was there. If I had known that before booking, I would have chosen another hotel. Also, I was given the wrong information by the reservation staff prior to coming. I was told they offered complimentary breakfast, and they didn’t. I ended up paying more than I wanted to. The meals were expensive, & except for breakfast, not filling. The bedding was insufficient. Luckily we were given another comforter (they should be provided in the rooms), and I had brought 2 blankets from home. There were no brochures for fun things to do in and around Atlanta, Georgia. Instead there was a concierge desk staffed with people trying to sell you a vacation club package. There was never a lifeguard on duty or anyone to sweep the leaves that fell from the tree"

"Our stay was great but we did have to switch rooms 3 seperate times during our 5 day stay. The day we were scheduled to arrive, our flight got about 7 hours. We called ahead of time to advise, but when we arrived and got into our room we realized there was one bed. It was a suite with a king bed, but since we were 3 people we booked a regular room with two beds. We had to go to the lobby to address this and that’s when they told us they had overbooked and we were going to be switched into another room the next day. They brought us an extra twin roller bed for the night. The next day, we are switched with no issues but the A.C stopped working around 10 PM so we had to be switched into another room. The hotel was great, and handled everything quickly but just a lot of unfortunate inconveniences for a pricey stay."

"Amazing location. It's across the street from the College Football HoF and Centennial Park. Plenty of restaurants within 5 mins walk. Breakfast was good and especially the omelet maker! It is worth the wait! The AC was working great too! Housekeeping was absolutely below par. If we weren't staying for only 2 nights I would've complained but we didn't have the energy bc it wasn't worth our time. The pull out sofa bed mattress cover had crumbs all over it along with the floors. They might have a vacuum but it's not being used and they do not replace the mattress cover between guests. The extra blanket was not washed and thrown back in there by previous guests and not cleaned. After being at the aquarium all day, we came back to all the trash cans sitting on the couch and a trash bag on the table. They clearly forgot to put them back but why put them on the couch of all places? Parking is pretty much valet but there is a public lot right next to the gravel valet lot they use for slightly cheaper. We went with valet and it's $60/day. No way I'm tipping for that amount. They didn't seem to ask and weren't worried about it either like some other reviews suggested. If I ever get the chance to come back I'd stay here again especially for the price w free breakfast and location. Just keep a eye out for cleanliness."

"Stay was amazing, the room looked nice until you took a closer look, floors not laid properly and slides in the hallway. Visible water damage to the doors in some places and in one of the rooms has a gash in the wall. Besides that it was great!"
