"We arrived on a Thursday afternoon and the check in line was about 1 hr. Other times the front desk was very good. We lost a camera somewhere in the hotel Didn't discover it until we go home. The staff had it marked in Lost and Found when I called the next day. Shipping was arranged the same day. Glad they have honest staff."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The onsite restaurants are great with great food choices. The View restaurant is a revolving restaurant with breathtaking views of the New York skyline. The hotel is located in the heart of Times Square and close to all of the sites. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the amenities are great and it’s a 10 out of 10."
