"Alessia's flat was clean, comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. We were able to cook in a clean and functional kitchen and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space, very relaxing. Access to lots of public transport, with a very walkable neighborhood. Lots of markets and restaurant options nearby. The host was kind and helpful to us."

The owner was very unresponsive, the check in "method" was just terrible (go to a local store, the shop keeper there is confused and not sure what to do, feel like you have to haggle for the keys), then get to the apartment to be hit with the strongest smells that cause immediate headaches. Try to call the owner and they do not respond unless they are trying to contact you. They do not answers calls, text, whatsapp messages, emails, or...

"I liked the fact that i didn't feel like i was staying at hotels. The apartment also had a way for me to wash and dry my laundry. The neighborhood was very nice and safe."

Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"

"We loved the cosy Apartment and it was sufficient for our needs. However, we were not aware of such a busy road outside the entrance and with small children in toe a bit problematic to watch in the narrow street. Also, the metal sewer plate right in front of the apartment in the ground rattles every time a car drives over it. A bit disturbing to hear constantly in the apartment at night."

Très bonne communication avec le contact Abritel , procédures d’entrée très claires . "한국분들 혹시 숙박하실 계획이라면 두가지 참고하셔야 할것 같습니다. 첫째 바퀴벌레의 천국입니다. 한두마리가 아니라 2층, 화장실, 부엌등 하루에 10마리 정도는 잡으실 계획하셔야 합니다. 둘째로 조금만 전기를 쓰면 전원이 차단됩니다. 밤새 바퀴벌레가 돌아다니는 방에서 불도 못키고 하루를 보내고 아침에 연락했더니 쉽다면서 지하에 있는 분전함에서 올리면 된다고 하더군요. 그후 3번정도 내려간거 같습니다. 전반적인 시설은 새로 리모델링 해서 무난합니다. 음식도 해먹을 수 있구요. 벌레랑 친하신분들에게는 좋은 시설이라고 생각합니다."
